How It Works

Your box is shipped on the same day every month. Therefore, if you started your subscription on the 14th, it will always ship on the 14th. If you ordered your box on the 31st, your box will ship on the last day of the month. If you ever want to change your shipping date, you can do so in your account settings.

Each box includes a 30-day supply of flea & tick protection, a 30-day supply of dental support, and an assortment of healthy, soft chew treats. You can customize your soft chews in your account settings.

Each box includes up to 3 different types of soft chew supplements. Our soft chews come in packs of 10, so you can choose three different types or have all There will be 10 of each included soft chew.

Yes! After receiving your starter box, simply log into your account. Then, you can choose up to three types of soft chews from our list of five options.

We’re proud to offer our product without any contracts or long-term commitments. You can cancel at any time, and as long as you cancel before your box ships, you will not be charged. Additionally, we have a 30-day return policy if you’re unhappy with your shipment or no longer need it.

Yes! We currently have happy MPD family members in all 50 states. We ship via USPS, so we can ship to Puerto Rico and U.S. military bases as well.

Yes! When you choose to remove flea & tick protection from your box, you will have the option to recieve 30 additional soft chews. As with the original 30 soft chews, you can choose to receive our recommended selection each month, or customize the soft chews.

Absolutely! You are in complete control. Simply log in to your account to pause your subsciption and select a future start date.

Flea & Tick Product

Our box includes ZoGuard Plus which contains the same active ingredients and provides the same protection as Frontline Plus.

This formula has been in use for nearly 20 years and has been consistently proven to be one of the safest and most effective products available.

The active ingredients in Frontline Plus and ZoGuard Plus are non-repellents. If your dog comes in contact with a flea or tick, it will not able to detect and avoid the product, ensuring they contact a lethal dose of active ingredients.

Our non-repellent solution is a paralytic. This means that if a flea or tick comes in contact with your pet, they will not go elsewhere in your home. ZoGuard ensures that fleas, ticks, & lice will not be able to bite your dog.

Yes! Consistent use of ZoGuard Plus will help prevent an unwanted invasion! Not only does ZoGuard Plus kill adult fleas and ticks, but it is also effective on flea eggs and flea larvae to disrupt the life cycle and prevent an infestation.

While using ZoGuard Plus alone will eventually kill all of the fleas, because flea eggs fall off your pet, we recommend treating the areas where they sleep and hang out. It’s also a good idea to vacuum these areas daily for up to two weeks to help remove existing flea eggs, larvae, and pupae. Be sure to empty your vacuum cleaner into a sealable, disposable bag after each time and dispose of the waste outside of your home.

ZoGuard Plus starts working immediately upon application and lasts for 30-days.

ZoGuard Plus is a topical spot-on and is easy to apply. To apply the ZoGuard Plus, simply squeeze the contents of the included tube onto your pets skin on the back of their neck or between their shoulder blades. Be sure to part their hair with your fingers and spply the product directly onto the skin. ZoGuard Plus is designed to distribute across your pet from there to provide complete protection for the next 30 days.

We recommend waiting at least 24 hours after applying the topical product before giving your dog a bath. This will give the product time to start distributing and providing protection against fleas & ticks.

My Pet Defense Dental Powder promotes the growth of “good bacteria” while suppressing “bad bacteria” to whiten teeth, fight bad breath, and promote healthy gums and tooth stability.

Yes. While enzymatic dental products have been available for some time, they have been increasingly recognized for their efficiency, effectiveness, and convenience.

Most dental chews rely solely on mechanical chewing action. This requires the chew to touch all parts of each tooth to effectively remove all unwanted build-up. In other words, your dog would have to eat it ‘properly’ for it to work. My Pet Defense Dental Powder differs because it is a food additive, so it will work regardless of your dog’s eating habits.

My Pet Defense Dental Powder should be used as a food additive. Sprinkle one scoop on your pet’s food each day for best results.

1 scoop, daily. Each bottle is shipped with the proper size scoop for your pet to ensure accurate application rates.

We currently offer five varieties of functional soft chew treats. Not only will your dog love them, but each treat is also designed to support a specific area of your pet’s health.

Each standard box will come with 30 soft chew supplements. There will be three packs of 10 soft chews, and you can customize your three boxes or recieve the month’s standard selection. You can customize your soft chews in your account settings.

Each soft chew is a single serving for your pet. You may decide to treat your pet to multiple types of soft chews each day, (ie. Hip & Joint, Skin & Coat, and Multi-Vitamin). However, we recommend giving them one serving of each type of soft chew daily.
